Appointment Agreement
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 48 hours notice is appreciated. If notice is given after 48 hours, a rebooking fee of $25.00 per hour of the scheduled services will need to be paid BEFORE scheduling your next service.
**Please note, that habitual late reschedule, or no-shows will result in no longer being able to book services in this salon.
Re - Dos & Fixes
It is always the gloal of this salon, and it's stylists, to offer the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color, nails, spray tan or body wax. We will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charges within 7 days of the origional service .
However, the adjustments MUST be in line with the origional consult. For example, If you decide to go blonde and then realize it is not the right color for you. You will have to incur the expense of the change.
If you find something previously overlooked that needs touching up. We will be happy to do it ASAP.
